
The phrase "the money is in your list" is only partially true. You see there are two lists.
Prospects - These are all the people who have made it onto your list but have yet to purchase anything from you.
Customers - This is where the real profits come from.
Why? Because it cost far more to get a prospect and sell them a product, then it does to sell a current customer another product. This is because they already know you and have seen your work before. This is called Back-End Sales or Back-End Marketing.
Increasing you Back-End Sales is the quickest way to ramp up you profits while still providing your customers more of what they were looking for to begin with. You have to love Win-Win scenarios.
